Shipping Information:

Most of our products leave the warehouse within two business days with an approved payment method. An average traveling time is 3-7 business days, but it will vary. Allow extra time for personalized items.

In addition to offering competitive prices, we offer free shipping on orders that meet or exceed $200. As part of a special promotion, we are currently offering complimentary ground shipping on all in stock orders over $200 that are shipped to a location within the 48 contiguous US states. The Free Shipping will automatically be calculated upon checkout, no coupon codes are needed.

Free Shipping applies to only items instock at the time of purchase, and does not apply to backordered, pre-sale or out of stock merchandise.

At this time we only ship within the 48 US States.

Offer cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases.

Normal processing time will apply. Rush orders are not included for this promotion. Only one coupon per order.

Free shipping is not applicable to any orders less than $200.00 even if the reason is because an item selected is not in stock.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver items to a P.O. Box.

Return Policy:

We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with the best service and experience. Please feel free to contact us if there is anything we can do for you. Your satisfaction is most important to us. Please note our return policy as restrictions apply:

• Contact us within 2 days of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise.

• Prior authorization from Wedding Creations, LLC is required. All returned items are required to have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Any merchandise returned without a RMA# will be refused.

• Returns must be made within two weeks of receipt or no refund can be issued. No returns will be accepted after a person’s wedding date- regardless of 2 weeks.

• You are responsible for paying shipping charges on all items returned through no fault of our company.

• A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned merchandise.

• A copy of the invoice or the shipping document must accompany all returned merchandise.

• Merchandise must be in the original condition and the original packaging. No credit will be issued for items returned damaged or broken.

• Any item that is made to order is not returnable. (i.e. engraving, embroidery and embossing)

• All refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to inbound and outbound shipping.

• If you received free shipping on your order and request all items to be returned, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from the credited amount. Regular shipping and handling charges will apply, however, if the order, or any part of the order, is returned.

• For our protection, determination of items “returned in a saleable condition” is at the sole discretion of Wedding Creations, LLC. Merchandise not returned in a saleable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from shipping. Please make sure the return package is insured.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
